Return Window
You may return any eligible, unworn piece within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item value. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.
Eligible Returns
- The piece is unworn and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, pouch, and care card are returned with it.
- You contact us within the 14-day window with your order number.
Non-Returnable
- Bespoke or made-to-order pieces.
- Engraved or personalised pieces.
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons, once the seal has been opened.
Damaged or Incorrect Pieces
Write to founder@rilobaertisch.com within 7 days of delivery, with a photograph and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement, repair, or refund — whichever you prefer.
How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned piece.
